Elections are taking place across the world this year – from Austria to Mozambique to the United States – with nearly half the world's population living in countries holding elections this year. That’s more than 70 countries and territories holding national elections in 2024!
At Mount Holyoke, we are offering a variety of academic programs and events, support services, and resources for our community to learn more and participate in the ways that matter to each person. For those who are eligible to vote in the United States elections, you’ll find the resources you need to participate below. We encourage everyone to make use of our 5 Ways to Engage in Healthy Political Conversation and Managing Election and Current Events Stress resources!
We've created a quick guide specifically for students on how to take care of yourself during election season! We encourage you to take advantage of these and to reach out for any additional resources or guidance you may need during this time. Make sure to log-into Embark to review the guide.
