Ella Nathanael Alkiewicz, Labrador Inuk, an artist, public speaker, teacher, and writer will return to the Beverly Daniel Tatum Unity Center on Monday, May 5th from 2 to 3:30 pm. Come join us in your red shirts to honor, learn and speak about Murdered or Missing Indigenous Women and Relatives (MMIWR). We’ll craft red dress pins to wear for the National Week of Action for Murdered or Missing Indigenous Women and Relatives and share resources about ways to become more involved in the movement to end violence against Indigenous Women and Relatives.
