Intergroup dialogue is "a facilitated, face-to-face encounter that strives to create new levels of understanding, relating and action between two or more social identity groups who have a history of conflict or potential conflict" (Zúñiga & Nagda, 2003).

During this 2 hour Intergroup Dialogue, we will explore socioeconomic class by bringing people across the class spectrum together to talk about their experiences with class, listen to each other’s stories and perspectives, and then work together as change makers for economic justice both on campus and beyond the MHC Gates.
