Come and learn about the Advanced Studies in England (ASE) Programme, a Mount Holyoke College approved study abroad program in Bath, England, on which students undertake semester of credit in the World Heritage City of Bath, England. Students can choose to take small seminar classes and an Oxford-style tutorial in subjects such as Creative Writing, Education, English, Environmental Studies, FMT, Gender Studies, Politics and Psychology. Students can also follow the Internship Programme or Education Programme, which places students in an internship with a seminar and two other classes. Students with a Nexus in Education Policy & Practice and Museums, Archives & Public History will be able to complete many of their requirements on this program. ASE also offers a five-week Summer School with a main school with courses in English, Creative Writing, and History as well as schools in Education and Theater. In the summer 2024, Jennifer Wallace Jacoby, Associate Professor of Psychology and Education, Mount Holyoke College is teaching the Education course called, “Teaching Diverse Learners.”
