This is an “in community” event for all faculty and staff who share the Latinx identity and will be facilitated by DEI staff via Zoom.

MHC affinity groups are voluntary groups of staff and faculty that form around identity(ies) and who gather together to discuss issues and experiences related to being a member of our MHC Community.  Affinity groups offer an opportunity to strengthen connections and to further MHC’s goal of becoming a supportive and inclusive environment.
