Join President Holley for a conversation with Jen Wong, Chief Operating Officer at Reddit.

Jen has served as Reddit's COO since April 2018. She is responsible for driving the company’s growth by increasing operational scale, diversifying revenue, and expanding its global advertising business. She also led Reddit’s successful IPO in March 2024. Previously, she was COO and President of Digital at Time, Inc., and also served as Chief Business Officer at PopSugar and Global Head of Business Operations at AOL. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS in Engineering from Stanford, and a BS in Applied Mathematics from Yale.
