In this session, we will provide a brief overview of Intergroup Dialogue (IGD) at Mount Holyoke College. Then, in a moderated panel format, students, alumna/x, staff, and faculty will share their experiences with IGD, focused on the power, challenges, and possibilities of this pedagogical approach in creating a more just and inclusive campus community. We will conclude with time for Q&A from the audience.
