Dr. Jessica DiCarlo is a human geographer and Assistant Professor in the School of Environment, Society, and Sustainability at the University of Utah, where she is also Affiliated Faculty in Asian Studies and Core Faculty in Environmental Humanities. She is a 2023-25 Public Intellectual Program Fellow with the National Committee on US-China Relations and was a 2023-24 Wilson China Fellow.

Dr. DiCarlo will give a talk titled "From the Ground to the Global: Conceptualizing Global China & How it is Transforming Development."
