The Mount Holyoke College Choral Ensembles along with the Chamber Jazz, Vocal Jazz, Flute Choir and English Handbell ensembles will present their annual holiday-inspired performances, best known for the candlelight procession and carol singing. The theme this year is "Angels in the Snow" and musical selections include images of angels, winter, snow, dreams and the wonder and joy of the season. The esembles are under the direction of Stephanie Council, director of choral ensembles and Mark Gionfriddo, director of jazz ensembles.
The concerts — at 4:00 and 7:30 pm — are free and open to the public. Doors open 35 minutes before the concert.
Contact Stephanie Council, director of choral ensembles, for more information or to request accommodations for audience members with special needs. The program will also be performed on Friday, December 6 at Old South Church in Boston.
Sunday, December 8 at 7:30pm to 9:00pm
