The Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will lead a discussion on the importance of cultivating inclusive and affirming spaces for members of the Mount Holyoke community. The discussion will include practical skills on challenging implicit and explicit bias around race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation and other forms of identity.
