Dive into the film and music scenes of France, explore the fine arts of metropolitan New York, immerse yourself into rustic New England museums, and the booming Asian American independent film industry of California. These presentations explore art and history through visual and oral storytelling. Together as a panel our experiences foster communal connection through shared knowledge. The work we conducted over the summer of 2023 taught us how to create opportunities, advocate for creative ideas, and adapt to challenges with the specified fields of work. This panel will enable Mount Holyoke students to gain insight into the diverse fields of arts, media, and education in order to understand how these fields interconnect and contribute to how we preserve, record, and share histories.
