Mount Holyoke College faces a timely challenge: the gap between stated values and digital behaviors, particularly regarding harm caused through anonymous platforms like Fizz. This workshop is open to all community members but will equip students with the tools, language, and relational practices needed to align their online actions with their own moral compass and the standards of the Mount Holyoke community: moving the conversation from reactive canceling toward constructive accountability and transformative dialogue.

Led by Ivonne Ramirez of Elevating Authenticity Consulting LLC, who brings over 16 years of experience and firsthand institutional knowledge of Mount Holyoke. Elevating Authenticity is a Latina-led consultancy that helps socially conscious leaders, organizations, and higher education institutions bridge the gap between their values and their impact. Sponsored by the Division of Student Life.
