This capstone project focuses on the first-generation female entrepreneurs of immigrant origin and immigrants who have decided to venture into the entrepreneurial path rather than the corporate. Along with highlighting the underrepresented impact that French women of immigrant origin have on the French economy. I am organizing a discussion panel with various Black women in entrepreneurial roles to educate on finding your path, Black tourism, diasporic ventures, and the realities of being a Black female entrepreneur.
