Join us for a public lecture and conversation led by Dr. Johan Elverskog from Southern Methodist University on how the expansion of Buddhism across Asia left footprints on the environment between 500 BCE and 1500 CE. Dr. Evlerskog is the Dedman Family Distinguished Professor of Religious Studies and History at Southern Methodist University.
This lecture is organized by the History Department and the Miller Worley Center for the Environment and is open to the public.
