This 9 week workshop will teach evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) skills to help participants manage anxiety and feel more engaged in daily life. The workshop will focus on introduction of basic CBT skills that students can practice during the week. While students are welcome to join any individual meeting, participating in the whole series is beneficial as the skills build upon each other.
