This 5-week workshop will teach evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) skills to help participants manage anxiety and feel more engaged in daily life. While students are welcome to join any individual meeting, participating in the whole series is beneficial as the skills build upon each other. This group is facilitated by Shirley Yuanrui Li, LICSW and Tara Miliken from the Counseling Service. Registration is not required but by registering, you can receive reminders for the group.
