The October 19 workshop will be virtual.

This 9-week workshop will teach evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) skills to help participants manage anxiety and feel more engaged in daily life. While students are welcome to join any individual meeting, participating in the whole series is beneficial as the skills build upon each other.
