This session offers an opportunity to gather together as staff — a time to pause, connect, and reflect.

Drs. Molly Keehn and Pat Romney will lead the group through informal activities designed to increase connection, develop and deepen understandings of ourselves and the Mount Holyoke community we share. Through dialogue and deep listening, participants will create together a supportive space for reflection and learning.

This space is open to all Mount Holyoke staff. No preparation is required. You are invited to join and engage at the level of your comfort.

Light refreshments will be offered.
