Please join us for a reception to welcome current Mount Holyoke students as they kick off a two-day learning experience, “Careers in Public Service,” an initiative of the Weissman Center for Leadership. Alums of all fields in the Washington, D.C., area are invited to this special gathering, which will provide student participants the opportunity to forge connections and gain valuable career insights. 

At the event you will hear from guest speakers, learn about current initiatives from College and Alumnae Assocation leadership and enjoy engaging conversations with students, alums and institutional leaders.

Speakers include:

Lisa-Joy Zgorski '87, Public Affairs Specialist, Office of the Director, Legislative and Public Affiars, National Science Foundation.

Devavani Chatterjea '96, Professor of Macalester College, AAAS Science and Technology Policy Fellow, Washington, DC.

Christopher Benfey, acting director of the Harriet L. and Paul M. Weissman Center and professor emeritus of English.

Suparna Roychoudhury, associate professor of English and associate dean of faculty.

Adam Hilton, MHC Semester in D.C. program faculty director and assistant professor of politics.

Ellen Hyde Pace '81, Alumnae Association President.

The event is free of charge, and refreshments will be served. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged.
