About this Event
Speaker: Tomiko Jenkins
The pandemic created a specific and unique taxation for many caregivers contending with the realities of loss, health challenges due to COVID-19 and pre-existing conditions. Many people struggled to nurture the emotional, mental, physical, and psychological safety of their loved ones while also managing the very real stress and anxiety associated with their own levels of concern.
We invite all caregivers to participate in this healing space designed to help everyone who may need time to process and explore their feelings. This session will be guided by Tomiko Jenkins, LCSW, a clinician who is a senior level administrator in an academic institution and the mother of five children.
This event is being conducted over Zoom. As the host, Mount Holyoke College reserves the right to record this session and the event sponsors will give prior notification to event participants of any intention to do so.
