DESCRIPTION:Tomiko Jenkins\, LCSW will lead a series of healing circles for
  alum\, students\, faculty or staff that would like to gather for deep refl
 ection and restorative practices around racial trauma. This particular sess
 ion is open to alum\, students\, faculty and staff of Mount Holyoke. \n\nAb
 out the facilitator: Tomiko Jenkins (she/her/hers) is a licensed clinical s
 ocial worker and currently serves as the Senior Associate Dean of Students 
 at Agnes Scott College. She provides oversight of the health and well-being
  of all students on campus\; supervising the Counseling Center\, Student He
 alth Services\, Religious and Spiritual Life\, and Student Outreach and Edu
 cation to ensure the college recognizes a holistic approach to supporting s
 tudents. She has a BA in Sociology from The University of North Carolina at
  Charlotte and a MSW from The University of Georgia. With over 15 years of 
 experience in the mental health field\, has been in private practice\, work
 ed on a trauma unit in a military hospital\, and served as a family therapi
 st for families involved in the foster care system. Tomiko is a trauma-info
 rmed practitioner that centers the mind/body/spirit healing journey.
