Commencement and Laurel Chain Rehearsal

Graduates will proceed directly to the Grave for the laurel chain rehearsal.

Event access:

  • Location, paths of travel to the location, entry: Laurel Chain rehearsal will include walking on paved paths and grass
  • Bathrooms closest to space: closest bathroom to the laurel chain rehearsal is in Clapp
  • seated/standing/moving: standing and moving at a walking pace are part of the laurel chain rehearsal
  • lecture/participatory: seniors participate by using rope to practice wrapping the laurel chain
  • Food: no food at the laurel chain rehearsal 
  • Student only? Staff will be present at the laurel chain rehearsal as well as some alum volunteers
