This class teaches you how to unlock the best part of your powerhouse-- your core! Every movement is introduced with a full explanation and designed to work with any level of experience, addressing posture and body mechanics while safely building serious core strength. It’s all low-impact, easy to follow, totally modifiable, and fits into any tight space, so that you can be sure that these techniques will last you long after quarantine. Natasha Nesic ’13, is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
