This panel explores the transformative impact of creativity, mentorship, and holistic support in youth development. Across arts cpmps, psychosocial progrpms, community nonprofits, and leadership initiatives, the panelists share how they fostered belonging, growth, and confidence among young people. From facilitating theater-based collaboration and supporting neurodivergent students' socio-emotional well-being to coordinating arts outreach and organizing youth leadership progrpms, their experiences reveal the many ways creativity and care intersect to empower youth. Together, they reflect on how artistic expression, inclusive mentorship, and community engagement create pathways for young people to thrive socially, emotionally, and academically, strengthening not only individuals but entire communities. Their panel provides a snapshot of the power of hands-on, community-rooted progrpms to support the next generation.
