Interested in getting started on a project in the Fimbel Maker and Innovation Lab but don’t know where to begin? Take our Design Process workshop series where you will learn the basics needed to take your ideas from concept to reality.

Don’t have an idea yet? No worries! You will meet with a Fimbel Mentor and other students to brainstorm new ideas and share feedback during our weekly [M]ake [H]ack [C]reate virtual group sessions.

Then through in-person sessions, you will get staff support to learn new pieces of equipment needed to make your project; in-person sessions are limited to MHC residential students only at this time. A material budget for up to $15 will be provided per student. Students will be required to attend at least two [M]ake [H]ack [C]reate virtual group sessions.

Register for a [M]ake [H]ack [C]reate virtual group session whenever you are ready to get started or reach out to us with questions at FimbelLab@mtholyoke.edu.
