In twenty-six essays—one for each letter of the alphabet—the Pulitzer Prize-winning author of The Sixth Extinction takes us on a hauntingly illustrated journey through the history of climate change and the uncertainties of our future.

Join the Miller Worley Center for the Environment and the Odyssey Bookstore for an in person event with Elizabeth Kolbert in which she will discuss her new book.

The first 10 MHC students to register will receive her book for free from the Miller Worley Center! Please email us at millerworley@mtholyoke.edu with a screenshot of your registration to qualify.
