This dynamic panel of Black feminist scholars will engage in a deep dialogue on the topics of gender-based justice, sexual violence and racial violence.

Join us for this special panel moderated by Mount Holyoke College Vice President for Equity and Inclusion and Interim Title IX Coordinator Kijua Sanders-McMurtry.

Panelists include: 

  • Professor Emerita of Smith College Paula Giddings, Founding Director of Spelman College's Women's Resource and Research Center and Anna Julia Cooper Professor of Women's Studies
  • Dr. Beverly Guy-Sheftall, and Spelman College Social Justice Fellows Program Director, UNCF/Mellon Programs Director and Associate Professor of Sociology
  • Dr. Cynthia Spence
