DESCRIPTION:This in-person workshop will provide a safe and brave space for
  International students to gain foundational skills to assist them in thei
 r journey towards being antiracist by: reflecting on their own ideas\, wor
 ldviews\, values\, beliefs\, and behaviors\; understanding social justice 
 and diversity terminology centering race and racism in the U.S.\; and disc
 ussing how racial oppression manifests at MHC\, the US and beyond by drawi
 ng connections between the U.S. and other countries and/ or potential form
 s of bias in their native cultures.\n\nOur hope is that International stud
 ents leave the workshop with additional skills to support them in being an
  inclusive and proactive MHC community member who understands what it mean
 s to be an advocate\, ally\, and accomplice to ALL members of the Mount Ho
 lyoke community.
