The 2022 NAIS Symposium /last NAISA Regional Gathering for 2022 will take place on multiple campuses, Sept. 22 and 23.

Themed "Museums, Archives, Preservation, and Representation in the Northeast," the event will open with a reception at the Mount Holyoke Art Museum on 9/22 where guests can view the "Considering Indigeneity" exhibit. All-day programming with a keynote by Taino Chief Jorge Estevez and roundtables engaging the theme will take place at UMass on 9/23. The NAIS Symposium will close with a concert by Indigenous performer Jennifer Kreisberg, Tuscarora (North Carolina) at Smith College that same evening.
