Come learn about the foundations of social justice in this MoZone intragroup dialogue for white identified students.

As we continue moving through trying times, it is crucial that we as white folks stand in solidarity with BIPOC, work to dismantle systems of oppression, learn about the ways in which our whiteness creates harm in our daily lives, and become better, more aware people. We will be in dialogue about oppression, privilege, allyship, and community-building here on campus and in our individual lives.

This is a space in which we will bring all of our lived experiences into conversation, but emphasize the fact that we have white privilege which will always overpower the oppressed identities we may hold. We hope to increase awareness and shared language of diversity, equity, and inclusion on Mount Holyoke campus and beyond.

We will provide resources on campus and in the Five College Consortium, and commit to long term concrete antiracist actions, all of which you will carry with you long after our time together.
