DESCRIPTION:Come learn about the foundations of social justice in this MoZo
ne intragroup dialogue for white identified students.\n\nAs we continue mov
ing through trying times\, it is crucial that we as white folks stand in so
lidarity with BIPOC\, work to dismantle systems of oppression\, learn about
the ways in which our whiteness creates harm in our daily lives\, and beco
me better\, more aware people. We will be in dialogue about oppression\, pr
ivilege\, allyship\, and community-building here on campus and in our indiv
idual lives.\n\nThis is a space in which we will bring all of our lived exp
eriences into conversation\, but emphasize the fact that we have white priv
ilege which will always overpower the oppressed identities we may hold. We
hope to increase awareness and shared language of diversity\, equity\, and
inclusion on Mount Holyoke campus and beyond.\n\nWe will provide resources
on campus and in the Five College Consortium\, and commit to long term conc
rete antiracist actions\, all of which you will carry with you long after o
 ur time together.
