An intercollegiate event since 1924, the Glascock Poetry Contest is the oldest continuously-running poetry contest for undergraduate students in the country. Students are judged by a panel of three distinguished poets.

The contest will take place on Friday and Saturday, March 29-30. Glascock weekend will feature three main events: a roundtable discussion with our poet-judges, the Glascock Intercollegiate Poetry Contest, and a morning of poetry readings by this year’s judges.  This year, our six poet-contestants will represent Mount Holyoke College, Brown University, McGill University, Rutgers University, Spelman College, and UMass Amherst.
