Growing Resilience Individually and Together (GRIT) is a 4-part workshop series for 1st year students that teaches resilience skills based on the four components of flourishing from positive psychology: Connection, Meaning and Purpose, Self-Acceptance/Mastery, and Autonomy/Self-determination.

This workshop will meet for four Wednesdays from October 25 till November 15 in Shattuck 102.

Facilitated by Erica Weathers and Hal Brown and sponsored by the Counseling Service.
