About this Event
As professionals, we often need reminders to practice the self-empathy and compassion that we so willingly offer our students and broader community.
In this shame-free and judgment-free space, participants will be able to share their specific professional challenges and receive feedback in a trauma-informed, healing-centered environment. We will have the opportunity to be in community with other professionals who are committed to supporting and serving BIPOC and Latinx students and families and are dedicated to doing so while honoring the context of their historical oppression and aiming to create opportunities for them to heal intergenerational wounds and live nourishing, thriving lives.
This will be an intimate space for professionals to openly share the areas in which they need support and holding. Specific situations will be listened to and supportive tools will be shared in an effort of reaching our individual and collective goals.
