In this interactive dialogue and session, Dr. Cohen ​​​​will engage faculty around the concepts in his book related to the ​​​​importance of belonging and how to foster it, addressing such topics as providing feedback, framing course material and challenges in ways that promote engagement, and strategies to promote student learning, well-being, and development. Developing syllabi, fostering a classroom environment that supports student learning and development.

Each faculty member will receive a copy of Dr. Cohen’s book.
