Interfaith Lunch; Reflecting on Souls, Ours and This Nation's

This is a past event.

Do nations have souls? And, if yes, has this country's soul been damaged by the current administration? During this interfaith lunch gathering, we will reflect on the nature of souls--ours and this nation's--and on the current state of the soul of this country. Can souls be renewed? Is there goodness at the heart of this country? Can this nation be redeemed? Join us as we ask some probing questions and engage in lively conversation.

Our guest speaker for this event is Rev. Dr. Andrea Ayvazian, She served as Dean of Religious Life at Mount Holyoke College for ten years, and is now an Associate Pastor at the Alden Baptist Church in Springfield, and the Founder and Director of the Sojourner Truth School for Social Change Leadership which offers free skills-based, movement-building classes in Greenfield, Northampton, Easthampton, Holyoke and Springfield.

Each week we gather to eat, listen, discuss, and socialize. A vegan-friendly meal is served, followed by a speaker and discussion. There are different speakers and topics each week.
