The break period between the winter break and start of the spring academic semester. Those who are on-campus or in the area are able to participate in various workshops, non-credit courses, and social gatherings.

Housing is available, students must apply for housing and meet one of the criteria for eligibility to stay on campus.  Only students in fall housing who will be on campus for spring semester are eligible to apply for housing.  Students who will be graduating, going on leave (including study abroad) or withdrawing from the college are not eligible to stay on campus over January Intersession. Students who are currently on leave (including study abroad) are not eligible for January Intersession housing.
