DESCRIPTION:An intercollegiate event since 1924\, the Glascock Intercollegi
 ate Poetry Competition is the oldest continuously-running poetry contest f
 or undergraduate students in the country. Students are judged by a panel o
 f three distinguished poets. This year\, our six poet-contestants will rep
 resent Hollins University\, Mount Holyoke College\, Smith College\, Spelma
 n College\, Vassar College\, and Wellesley College.\n\nThis year's competi
 tion will feature two public events: the Contestants' Reading on Thursday\
 , April 3\, and the Judges' Reading—followed by the announcement of the 
 winner—on Friday\, April 4.
