Koru Mindfulness

This is a past event.

An evidence-based mindfulness course that teaches students mindfulness and stress management skills over the course of 4 weeks. The class meets once a week for 4 weeks (75 minutes per class.) Attendance to all sessions is mandatory. Registration is required due to limited space.
