Last summer, we engaged in the research and data analytics process across several STEM disciplines, including mathematical review of stem cell dynamics modeling, behavioral neuroscience using animal models and data analysis, coral reef reproduction and restoration in the lower Florida Keys, and statistical analysis utilizing the Salesforce/CRM database. Through our working experiences, we have learned to collaborate with others in the same labs or teams, gained hands-on experience working with scientific research and data analytics, and developed confidence in new settings. In our presentations, we will detail our various experiences by sharing our responsibilities, personal challenges, and reflections on our projects, and describe how our internships have impacted our planning for future careers.
