About this Event
Interested in getting started on a project in the Fimbel Maker and Innovation Lab but don’t know where to begin? Don’t have an idea yet? No worries! Join us at one of our (M)ake (H)ack (C)reate Sessions where you will learn the basics needed to take your ideas from concept to reality.
These regular, drop-in events are open to all MHC students, and there is no fee or registration to join! Our full-time, professional staff lead these open design periods where people can get input from others and consult with our professional staff during evening hours. You can receive support at any point in the design process and learn new pieces of equipment needed to make your project. This is also an opportunity to connect and find others to work with on a group project or provide helpful feedback and ideas!
The [M]ake [H]ack [C]reate sessions are drop-in, so join whenever you are ready to get started or reach out to us with questions at FimbelLab@mtholyoke.edu.
Attendees should dress appropriately for working in Fimbel, which includes wearing closed-toe shoes and no loose clothing.
