 n\nBe Well is excited to offer Mental Health First Aid this fall. Mental H
 ealth First Aid was developed in Australia more than 21 years ago and is n
 ow licensed in over 25 countries. In this training\, which occurs over two
  half-days\, you will learn risk factors and warning signs for mental heal
 th and addiction concerns\, strategies to help students in both crisis and
  non crisis situations and where to turn on campus for help. \n\nMental He
 alth First Aid teaches about recovery and resiliency – the belief that i
 ndividuals experiencing these challenges can and do get better\, and use t
 heir strengths to stay well. \n\nThis training requires 3 hours of pre-pre
 p and 2 half-day trainings in December & January that will be hosted over 
 two days and must occur in order. \n\nIf you have any questions please con
 tact Ju Hong\, director of Be Well at jhong@mtholyoke.edu. \n\nAdditional 
 spring dates will be marketed in late January.\n\nI am looking forward to
