This week we continue our celebration of MHC’s 2018-19 Leading Woman in the Arts, internationally acclaimed artist Joan Jonas ’58. In 2018-19, the Mount Holyoke College Art Museum (MHCAM) mounted a solo exhibition on Jonas’s art, inspiring the Winter 2019 Quarterly cover story by Heather Baukney Hansen ‘94. 

Learn more about Jonas’s 2018-19 exhibition at MHCAM, her esteemable career and artistic practice as well as her important 2019 collaboration with leading contemporary curator Ingrid Schaffner ‘83.
