All students, faculty and staff are invited to "Middle East Crisis: Implications for Israel, Palestine and U.S. Policy in the Region," an academic panel taking place Tuesday, October 24, from 5:30-7 pm in Hooker Auditorium.

The panelists will be:

  • Mara Benjamin, Irene Kaplan Leiwant Professor of Jewish Studies, Chair of Religion, Chair of Jewish Studies;
  • Daniel Czitrom, Professor Emeritus of History on the Ford Foundation;
  • Omar Dahi, Professor of Economics, Hampshire College
  • Sohail Hashmi, Professor of International Relations on the Alumnae Foundation and Professor of Politics, Chair of International Relations; and
  • Kavita Khory, Moderator, Ruth Lawson Professor of Politics and Carol Hoffman Collins Director, McCulloch Center for Global Initiatives.

President Danielle R. Holley will make welcome remarks.
