Consider joining Ju Hong, the Director of Be Well, in the Stimson Room for a few minutes of mindfulness.

Mindfulness Meditation is a great practice to calm the mind and soothe the nervous system. If you are new or have never practiced, this would be a great opportunity for self care. If you are curious and need a quick break, please join us in taking a few moments to send loving-kindness to yourself and our community in this mediation session.
