Looking to write a novel? In this Alumnae Association webinar, led by book coach and author Joanna Cooke ‘97, you'll learn how to jump start writing your fiction book. Based on Author Accelerator’s mini Blueprint for a Book method, this foundational workshop will help you answer essential questions about your story and develop a basic plot structure from which to write. Workshop consists of mini lectures and writing time. Expect to dive deep!

Joanna Cooke is a book coach and writer who specializes in books about nature and our human connection with it. Joanna earned a B.A. in environmental studies from Mount Holyoke, an MFA in creative writing from Lesley University in the writing for Young People genre and an ME.d. in elementary education from Prescott College. She's a certified fiction book coach through Author Accelerator. Joanna may be familiar to you if you’ve attended Alumnae Association webinars in the past, as she previously presented on “Writing for Young Readers.”
