DESCRIPTION:Model United Nations is an on campus org that meets weekly. Mod
 el United Nations\, also known as Model UN or MUN\, is a place in which st
 udents typically roleplay delegates to the United Nations and simulate UN 
 committees. This activity takes place at MUN conferences\, which is organi
 zed by college MUN club. We compete in conferences across the country. At 
 the end of most conferences\, outstanding delegates in each committee are 
 recognized and given an award certificate\; the Best Delegate in each comm
 ittee\, however\, receives a gavel. We also engage in bonding activities a
 nd making a safe place for students who are passionate about improving the
 ir public speaking and writing skills.
