Join student vocalists from Mount Holyoke, Smith, and UMass as they present duets and arias from Mozart's hilarious and beloved opera "The Marriage of Figaro!"

MHC faculty musicologist Dr. Adeline Mueller, and UMass vocal professor Dr. Jamie-Rose Guarrine will join the performers to talk about the upcoming Five College Opera's fully staged production, as well as place Mozart's brilliant music in a cultural and social context.

The Five College Opera is a collaborative production in which faculty from across the campuses join together to plan an opera, and students in music and theater from all of the campuses have the opportunity to study and perform.

This event is free and open to the public.
