During this interactive fireside chat, we will discuss some key tips on professional networking, mentorship and sponsorship for undergraduate students of color. This workshop participants will 1. Be inspired to think about their future plans; 2. Teach new strategies they can employ in the pursuit of their professional aspirations; 3. Review, scrutinize and modify as appropriate hypotheticals or current practices being utilized to yield greater success; and 4. Be encouraged by developing an understanding around the significance of access that can be achieved by sharpening these skills.
