Pathways to the Professoriate is a program developed by the DEI Office that focuses on demystifying the process of applying to graduate school, encourage learning about pathways to academia and explore the experience of obtaining a Ph.D. Scholars who are invited are often members of underrepresented and historically excluded groups.

We seek to encourage all students to attend the program.
